To edit an existing Annotation, simply swipe the annotation you want to edit to the side to see the option to either edit or record. 

The editing screen will be presented and will look same as the Annotation/Data Track creation screen:

1. Swipe the Annotation/Data Track you want to archive to the side to see the option to either edit or record.
   

2. Tap Edit and the editing screen will be presented.
3. Tap on Archive at the bottom.
