From time to time, we may ask you for your User ID to help out with troubleshooting. Here's how to find it:

On Desktop

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to your Profile

  3. Your User ID can be found after your email address

In the Context app

  1. Go to Settings. Your User ID can be found under Account.

  2. Tap on "Copy ID" to copy it to your clipboard
