From time to time, we may ask you for your User ID to help out with troubleshooting. Here's how to find it:

1. Go to <a href="https://portal.fulcradynamics.com/settings">Settings</a>

2. Go to your <a href="https://portal.fulcradynamics.com/settings/profile">Profile</a>

3. Your User ID can be found after your email address
   


1. Go to your Settings by tapping your profile on the top right. 
   

2. Your User ID can be found under Account. You can copy it to your clipboard by tapping Copy ID.
