❗️Please keep in mind that deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
If you're sure about your decision, follow the steps below to delete your account:

From Portal, go to your Settings
Under "Account", click on the "Start Deletion" button to the right of "Delete Account"
You will get a warning about the consequences of deleting your account and all of its data. As well as a summarized list of the data you are about to delete
Scroll down and tick the checkbox to indicate that you understand and accept the risks
Type "Delete my Fulcra account" to further acknowledge the account deletion
After the acknowledgments, only then will the "Delete Account" button light up in red. Click it to proceed
A message will appear to let you know that your account is scheduled to be deleted. Click on "Okay, I understand"
An email will be sent to you confirming your account deletion after 48 hours.

In Context's Settings page, tap on "Delete Account" to be redirected to Portal in your mobile browser. (You can also go to this link directly.)
You may be asked to re-authenticate before proceeding.
Tap on "Start Deletion"

There is a brief 48-hour window of time before data deletion commences as a security measure in the event that the account was accidentally deleted or deleted by someone other than you.
