The records chart in Portal will help you understand if there are any significant increases or decreases in observability by day and whether troubleshooting with Fulcra Support is necessary. While intermittent gaps in data transfer are not uncommon, longer multi-day gaps can indicate issues with app permissions, device connectivity, etc.
Note: When you first download Context, it might take a bit of time before everything shows up in your Timeline. This is because your data is still being uploaded into Fulcra.
