Why can't I see any data in my Portal or Timeline?

How can I make sure that my data shows up in my Fulcra Portal? Things to try if you don't see data in your Portal.

There are a few reasons why you may not see your data in your Portal or Timeline, including an outdated version of the Context app, or issues with sharing / permission.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of Context installed (via TestFlight)

  • Ensure you are logged in to Portal with the same account used in Context.

  • Make sure that you have calendar, location, and / or health data enabled on your device.

  • Wait a few minutes for your data to upload after onboarding.

  • Make sure that you've enabled sharing with us. Here's how:

    1. On your phone, open Settings

    2. Search for Context or scroll down to open the settings for Context

    3. Under "Allow Context to Access," make sure to allow access to the data you want to share

    4. Return to your home screen and open Health

    5. At the bottom of the screen, select "Sharing"

    6. On the Sharing screen, select "Apps and Services"

    7. Scroll to and select "Context"

    8. Under "Allow Context to Read" select all of the categories of health data that you would like to share with your Fulcra data store via the Context app.

  • If all else fails, there is a "Repeat Onboarding" button in the Context Settings menu, press this and this may solve the issue.
