To see your Withings data (including weight, steps, heart rate, sleep and more) in Context, you first need to connect your Withings data to Apple Health, where Context will collect it and combine it with data from all of your other sources.
Connecting for the first time
If you have not previously connected your Withings app (Health Mate) to Apple Health:
Open the Withings app on your iPhone.
Tap the Share tab at the bottom right of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Health under Apps.
Follow the prompts and tap Next to enable syncing with Apple Health.
On the data-sharing screen, choose which categories you want to sync between Withings and Apple Health, or turn all of them on.
Wait a moment for the connection to complete, then tap Done.
Checking your Withings and Apple Health connection
To check that your Withings data is properly connected to Apple Health and available to Context:
Open the Apple Health app.
Tap the Sharing tab.
Select Apps.
Find and tap Withings (or Health Mate, depending on your version).
Make sure the categories of data you want Withings to share with Apple Health and Context are turned On.
If Context and Withings are properly connected to Apple Health and you are still not seeing your Withings data in Context, you can try:
In Apple Health → Sharing → Apps → Context: tap Turn Off All, then Turn On All
In Apple Health → Sharing → Apps → Withings: tap Turn Off All, then Turn On All
This will refresh permissions and can help reset the connection.
