To see your Oura Ring data (including sleep, steps, respiratory rate, active calories and more) in Context, you first need to connect your Oura data to Apple Health, where Context will collect it and combine it with data from all of your other sources.

Connecting for the first time

If you have not previously connected your Oura data to Apple Health, open the Oura App, and open the left side menu.

Then select "Settings."

Then select "Apple Health."

Then toggle on "Connect to Health." Optionally toggle "Save Mindful Minutes to Health"

If this is the first time you are connecting Oura to Apple Health, you will be presented with a menu of health metrics; toggle one the metrics you want to share with Apple Health and Context, or select "Turn On All.

Checking your Oura and Apple Health Connection

To check to see that your Oura data is properly connected to Apple Health and available to Context, open Apple Health, and select the "Sharing" tab.

Then select "Apps."

Then select "Oura."

Then toggle on the categories of health data that you would like Oura to share with Apple Health and Context, or select "Turn On All."

If Context and Oura are properly connected to Apple Health, and you are still not seeing your Oura data in Context, you can try hitting "Turn Off All," then "Turn On All" under Sharing > Apps > Context and Sharing > Apps > Oura in Apple Health to try to toggle and reset the connections.
