Your data isn't used to train models, or for anything else you haven't asked for. Using it that way would require your explicit opt-in, and we don't ask for one. We also don't share your data with third parties without your consent.
One honest caveat: if you choose to use our API or MCP server to send some of your data to a third-party model, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT or anything else, whatever you send is then subject to that provider's terms, not ours. That's the trade you're making when you connect an agent, and it's why we let you control exactly which context an agent can reach rather than handing it everything.
