You do not need to opt out of your data being used to train models, or for any other purpose not directed by you. Our terms and architecture would require your affirmative opt in for your data to be used for something like training. We will not share your data with any third parties without your consent.
If you choose use our API or MCP server to share some of your data with a third party model, whatever data you share would be subject to their terms with regard to use / training / etc.
