Your data isn't used to train models, so there's nothing you need to switch off.
It also isn't used for anything else you haven't asked for. Using it that way would need your explicit opt-in, and we don't offer one. We don't share your data with third parties without your consent either.
One honest caveat: if you use the REST API or the MCP server to send some of your data to a third-party model — Claude, ChatGPT, or anything else — whatever you send is then subject to that provider's terms, not ours.
