MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an absolutely fantastic way to pull the data and technology in your life into your sessions with Claude. You can use Context by Fulcra as an MCP Server under your control, aggregating all the data that belongs to you. Here's how:

  1. Go to Claude

  2. Click on your profile on the bottom left

  3. Click Settings

  4. Under Settings, go to Connectors

  5. Click Add Custom Connector

  6. Type in a name, then enter this in the address box: https://mcp.fulcradynamics.com

  7. Click Add

  8. Then click Connect

This should now authenticate to your Fulcra data store, allowing you to ask Claude questions related to your Fulcra data.

When you ask your first question, Claude may ask for permission to access your Fulcra data. You can choose to Allow Once or Always Allow.

What's next?

Now that you're connected, explore what you can do with your personal data in Claude:

  • Analyze your day

  • Looking at my data, acting as a performance coach, make 3 recommendations that would taken me less than 15 minutes per day to implement that would increase my energy levels and productivity.

  • Compare my biometrics and behaviors to Bryan Johnson’s. What activity that he is documented to do, which is low-cost (<$500) and accessible to me in New York City, would you recommend to improve my longevity?

  • Based on my data, act as a sleep coach, how would you recommend I improve my sleep?

  • What does your location history tell Claude about your habits?

  • Make a plan to set a new personal best

Happy contexting!
